STELLAR 2.0 (Strategies for English Language Learning and Reading) is
a structured literacy programme designed to develop students’ proficiency
in reading, writing, speaking, and listening through engaging and meaningful

Building on the foundation of STELLAR, this enhanced curriculum integrates:
